1095 Avenue of the Americas is a 41-story skyscraper comprised of Class-A office space and home to the global headquarters of some of America's largest corporations, including MetLife and Verizon. Yet it was here in Kittery, Maine, where designs for the building's lobby came to life. When the developer decided to redesign and modernize the lobby space, occupied by Verizon, Tangram 3DS's talents were called upon to help Verizon and the other tenants envision their new lobby.
Working with Manhattan-based firm Equity Office, Tangram 3DS has visualized a transformed lobby space that is sure to impress visitors with its arresting marble walls set against a bold splash of color. New York City architecture firm Moed de Armas has designed a radiant space, and Tangram 3DS has expertly captured the design's reflection of light on the glossy surfaces that opens up the lobby and reveal its modern expansiveness.
