The proposed RSSA development is a multi-use complex providing 95,250 square feet of first class office space, 45,000 square feet of multi-family residential apartments, and 172 parking spaces. The office building includes ground floor retail and a restaurant. The residential includes 22 one-bedroom units and 16 two-bedroom units. The development is tailored for locations near major transportation nodes.
The basis of design takes in to account the multi-use context which fits the overall development plan for the area, the easily accessible major transportation node, and the use of building materials and forms that fit the existing streetscape and general architectural vocabulary of the proposed modernization of the economic development zoning.
