Position Overview

Tangram 3DS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Director to join our team, focusing on the Real Estate, Architecture, and Design industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving marketing and sales initiatives to achieve business growth objectives within these sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing and sales efforts, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of Tangram 3DS in these specialized markets.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales roles, demonstrating a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, particularly in the Real Estate, Architecture & Design Industries, as well as emerging markets such as space exploration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools, with a keen understanding of leveraging technology to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
  • Must have a background and experience working in the real estate, architecture, interior design, or related industries, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Passionate, energetic, forward-thinking individual with a strong motivation to succeed and drive results.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a positive and supportive work environment within Tangram 3DS.
