To Our tangram 3ds friends and clients,
This month we’re looking at D.C. from a whole new perspective, checking in on one of Chicago’s hottest neighborhoods, and, finally, taking a tour through a smart, polished renovation of an historic D.C. building.
Please contact me if you have any projects that could benefit from our services.
Let Us Help You Visualize the Future
Ambitious Waterfront Development in D.C.
Now entering its second phase of development, the Yards in Washington D.C. is generating a lot of buzz with articles like this one from the Washington Business Journal. Once completed, the Yards will span 48 acres, including 6 waterfront acres. With impressive credentials like LEED Gold Standard buildings and solar energy production, sprawling pedestrian and public green spaces, and even a driverless car service, the Yards is set to transform its neighborhood into a hub of community activity and business. We’ve had a blast (helicopter photo shoot!) on this ongoing project with our partners at Brookfield Properties and can’t wait to show you even more of this work as the Yards continues to move forward.
We Are Your Creative Partners
A Striking Project in Chicago’s Fulton Market
Fulton Market is one of Chicago’s fastest-growing areas and this proposed project at 1043 W Fulton is certain to be a standout within the vibrant neighborhood. From the diamond-patterned exterior on the 12-story hotel to the expansive rooftop terrace, this project allowed us to flex some serious visualization muscles. Check out 1043 W Fulton and more of our award-winning renderings here.
We Help Bring Your Vision to Life
Luxe Offices in a Beaux Arts Beauty
Situated just steps from some of D.C.’s best restaurants, shopping, and landmarks, the Herald is a 1920s stunner of a building with a soaring, 22ft lobby ceiling and the kinds of architectural details that never go out of style. Soon it will be home to Washington D.C.’s first “hospitality-infused” office space, complete with a uniformed door person and concierge. Our promotional video takes the viewer on a tour of spaces that take their cue from the classic sophistication of the building’s historic style: gleaming features of copper, bronze, and brass and rich walnut finishes abound, extending even into the fitness center. The reverance for this distinguished building (formerly home to The Washington Times Herald) is apparent in every detail and we loved helping bring this project to life. Check out all of our film and animation work.
With skill and imagination, a tangram puzzle can be rearranged into hundreds of different shapes. We apply the same ingenuity and vision to bring your project to life.
