Highlights from 2020
Portsmouth Design Concept
In June we were approached about joining the Portsmouth Design Professionals Alliance, a newly created collective tasked with heading up an economic recovery project for the city of Portsmouth during the early days of the pandemic. Our response was: when do we start? In little over a week, the Alliance put together a concept workbook outlining the ways in which Portsmouth could transform into a space that ensured not only the physical health of its residents and visitors but also the economic, cultural, and recreational health of its historic downtown. We were honored to create the renderings of these proposed spaces and proud to step up for the local community that we love so well. Go To Project Page
North Union, Chicago Development
This proposed development, located on Chicago’s Near North Side, aims to build a vibrant neighborhood boasting a diversity of residential, retail, and open park space. We partnered with Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture to bring this vision to life. Covering five city blocks and anticipating 2,680 residential units and 30,000sqft of commercial space, the expansive size of this project presented an initial challenge but, as always, our team came through on schedule with the stunning visualizations for which we are known. A number of renderings, including soaring aerial visualizations, help illustrate a multi-phase transformation of over 8 city acres. Go to Project Page
1020 W Randolph
For this one-of-a-kind space located in Chicago’s desirable Fulton Market district, we created multiple renderings that showcase this property both inside and out: spectacular skyline views from the private rooftop terrace and bright, airy, and ultra-hip interior lobby and office spaces. Once the renderings were complete, the client brought us back on board to create a clean, modern website to help them market this gem of a property in the Windy City. 40 Warren St
This full promotional video brings together on-screen talent, location filming, 360 photography, renderings, and immersive VR footage to create a single, dynamic marketing package. Produced in partnership with JLL, this video seamlessly merges multiple assets to showcase 40 Warren Street, a completely redeveloped mixed-used property in the desirable neighborhood of City Square in Charlestown, MA. We particularly enjoyed working with the on-screen talent who helped bring this piece to life.
Aerial Photography, Washington D.C.
Our Creative Director, Jared Foley, had the opportunity to travel to Washington D.C. to do some on-site, aerial photography for a project in partnership with Brookfield Properties. Jared took the opportunity to capture some stunning photographs from a spectacular viewpoint. Go to Photography Page
Astroport Landing Pad
Xarc is an architectural design company specializing in the kinds of projects that sound like science fiction: spaceports, extra-planetary habitats, and lunar ecosystems. This particular project, a lunar astroport, illustrates a proposed method of turning moon dust into bricks to be used, via 3D printing, to build infrastructure on the moon. That is undeniably awesome and we were very excited to work on this project alongside XArc founder Sam Ximenes. Go to Project Page
