Jimmy’s on Congress

A massive restoration project of a 1905 brick beauty in Portsmouth, Jimmy’s On Congress is slated to bring live jazz and blues music, high-end dining, and a ground-level modern art gallery to downtown’s main street.

We jumped at the chance to produce renderings and a VR tour of this space not just because it’s a local project for the team at our Kittery, Maine headquarters but because of the spectacular architectural features, like original fireplaces, brickwork, steel beams, and phenomenal rooftop skylights. The experts at Andrew Sidford Architects also made the back of the building a stunning focal point with a multi-story glass-walled stairway and an exterior of windows that draws attention to the original cathedral-style stained windows that have been dark and easily overlooked for years.

Our VR tour gives a sneak peek into what will be a premiere live jazz and blues venue, with perfectly engineered acoustics and multiple intimate but still interconnected spaces for guests to enjoy live music, food and drinks, and community.
