To our Tangram 3DS Friends,
Plenty of creative agencies will tout themselves as “total package” studios but oftentimes that means all the pieces of your marketing project get scattered across departments and passed down through multiple levels of managers, directors, and designers before finally landing in the hands of someone you may never talk to, someone whose name you may never know, someone who may only see your project as another task in the pipeline. Tangram 3DS is different.
To us, the total package doesn’t just mean you get world-class creative marketing assets from any number of our innovative services (of course, you do get all of that). It means you’ll work directly with our specialized artists and designers, who have been with our team for years, in a truly collaborative creative process. After all, it is your vision that we are bringing to life. Check out our recent projects below to see some of the marketing packages we’ve produced for our clients. Then ask yourself, when it comes to your own project, would you put your vision into the hands of just anyone?
When you have your answer please get in touch so we can help bring your vision to life.
Thanks for your interest and support.
When L3 Capital wanted to present a robust marketing package for this property, they knew they could count on us to produce world-class renderings, immersive 360 tours, and modern branding and brochure design. Because we’ve worked with L3 Capital before, they also knew we could custom-build a modern, responsive website to showcase their assets, taking care of every detail – from domain registration, hosting setup, and automated analytics reporting to SEO optimization and site speed enhancements. The final result is a smart, cohesive package that reflects the on-trend sophistication of 149 Newbury Street and its historic neighborhood.
Our partners at Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) were looking to market new amenity spaces across a number of their premier properties in New York City. With amenities at the Empire State Building that include a multi-sport court, 400-seat event auditorium, a flexible conference space at 1400 Broadway, and a rooftop terrace at 1333 Broadway with direct views of the Empire State Buildings, it’s no mystery why ESRT would tap so many of the marketing services that Tangram 3DS offers. They went for the whole visualization package: renderings, 360 tours of the multi-sport court, flexible conference space, and rooftop terrace, 3D animations, and a full marketing video.
Heather Freitag, Senior Marketing Manager of ESRT on working with Tangram 3DS on this project:
“Their willingness to be flexible with ESRT during the creative process has been a game changer as we prepare to market new spaces and they have proven to be an excellent partner.”
This is the type of collaborative working process that we think sets us apart from other studios. It means you get the whole team, working seamlessly with you, to understand, respect, and give life to your vision. See all our work for this suite of marketing projects here.
Sometimes the full package is sweeping in scope, sometimes ambitious in production, sometimes it is grand in scale…and sometimes it’s small enough that you could almost toss it in the back of your sea-sprayed surf wagon after a long day at the beach.
Set to open this July and recently featured by Travel + Leisure, the Wanderer is a collection of boutique cottages in the quintessential Maine town of Kennebunk. Our partners at Blueprint Management & Marketing came to us for help in bring this local resort collection to life. Our renderings showcase these perfectly petite packages and their thoughtful blend of coastal-chic design and laidback lifestyle. When spaces are small, every detail must add more to the design without adding much more to the footprint. Think bright white clapboard, airy open-weave wicker, sun-splashed brass, and tidy amenities that provide precisely what you need (nothing more, nothing less).
These getaways help you start your day (coffee bar, breakfast delivered daily), end your evening (wine bar, spa-like bathroom) and assume that in between you are spending your time on the coast of Maine as you should be: exploring natural landscapes, discovering local shops, restaurants, and breweries, or maybe settling on the beach at sunset for a traditional New England-style clambake. The Wanderer cottages even welcome your dog (and they’re booking now). Yes, there’s a reason that people say Maine is the way life should be, just as there’s a reason people say good things come in small packages.
