The Nashville Warehouse Co. development boasts 200,000 sqft of Class A office space, 275 residential apartments, and an acre of public greenspace for live entertainment (this is Nashville, after all). We created a series of renderings for our partners at Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture to show off the property’s enviable features like rooftop gardens and terraces, seemingly endless windows stretching from 14 – 30′ tall, an expansive outdoor pool area, and interiors that are both modern and charming with a mix of bold colors, and an abundance of warm, natural materials and living green walls.
The interior renderings overflow with natural light from the high ceilings and generous expanses of windows while the exterior views and aerial renderings convey just how impressive this development is. From the aerials, downtown Nashville stays in view but is far enough removed that it is clear that Wedgewood Houston is its own distinct neighborhood with a unique personality with which the Nashville Warehouse Co. property seamlessly blends.
