When the opportunity arose for Oxford to stake a claim in Boston’s inimitable life-sciences market, they came to Tangram 3DS to help them craft an impressive marketing package. More than just a working lab space, 745 Atlantic embodies a lifestyle and professional philosophy that leading biotech firms have come to expect.

Reimagined+ Remarkable

745 Atlantic is a landmark building in Boston’s Leather District. Conveniently positioned between life-science destinations like Boston’s Seaport District and Kendall Square in Cambridge, Oxford Properties could easily reimagine this building, historically a retail and office space, as a world-class life-science hub. Our job was to bring that vision to life. Photo-realistic renderings highlight luxurious natural finishes like wood and marble, striking features like a living green wall, and impeccably designed common spaces, inviting and invigorating, destined to become the types of community incubators that breed spontaneous creativity and collaborative inspiration.

Of course 745 Atlantic is more than a place to gather with colleagues for coffee. At its core are ten floors of best-in-class lab/office spaces and spec suites house within a LEED Gold Certified building. Our exterior, photo-matched cutaway renderings give potential tenants an enticing peek at the vast possibilities that this property holds.

Our animated 3D flythrough take viewers on a tour of the labs, offices, and enviable rooftop terrace. When cut together with our time-lapse location footage, capturing the spirited hustle of the surrounding neighborhoods, the final video package perfectly captures the sort of high-energy, amenity-rich property that Oxford’s ideal tenants want to occupy.

And when it’s time to get down to brass tacks (building specs, floor plans, amenities stats), Oxford has a sleek, branded, professionally-designed brochure (print and digital) to distribute – because, with a portfolio piece this impressive, PowerPoint just won’t cut it.
