Seeing the Future
A development team approached Tangram 3DS with a valuable site and only a basic massing model. We stepped in to shape the full architectural vision, transforming an undefined volume into a distinctive high-rise tower with a signature rooftop amenity. Our work established a strong design identity long before construction documents were finalized.
Our Solution
Working from the raw massing, we developed the complete exterior architectural design of the high-rise tower. Through an iterative creative process, we refined shape, proportion, rhythm, and façade expression. This resulted in a unified high-rise identity ready for investor presentations and early-stage project positioning.
From Massing to Market
We began with grayscale renderings to focus attention on form and scale without material distractions.
After the design direction was approved, we moved into polished photorealistic visuals.
To ground the high-rise in its real-world environment, our in-house drone and photography team captured reference imagery across various lighting conditions. These images provided both accurate context and cinematic backgrounds for the final renderings.
Deliverables
To bring the high-rise vision to life, we produced:
- Photorealistic day and dusk renderings integrated with reference photography
- A 360° immersive rooftop experience
- Photo-integrated visuals showing the tower within its actual surroundings
All delivered on a compressed timeline to support early investor outreach.
The Results
In a matter of weeks, the project evolved from a basic massing model to a fully realized high-rise concept supported by a complete visual package. These assets became central to investor decks and presentations, accelerating engagement and helping the development team move confidently into their next phase.
