Tangram 3DS previously worked with L3 Capital to build an innovative virtual tour and microsite for their Williamsburg Collection. When we shipped that site and L3 Capital compared it to their existing corporate web presence, they knew it was time for a change and they immediately called us back to help them realize a new vision for their primary domain. L3 Capital needed a modern, dynamic, and scalable solution that could easily be updated to keep pace with their always-evolving and rapidly expanding portfolio.
With enviable assets in extremely high-demand locations, L3 Capital wanted to steer users into a targeted exploration of their vast portfolio. Our solution was to build an agile database within a fluid framework so visitors can freely filter, search, and reveal the most relevant assets. Then we added modules that serve up other available properties in the neighborhood, ensuring that prospects never miss an opportunity to discover their ideal property. Behind the scenes everything is dynamic and automated so that, with a couple of checkboxes, the L3 Capital team can update properties and know the website will always showcase the latest acquisitions and active availabilities.
The New Standard
We wrapped all of this up in a neat, clean, responsive UI that balances visual impact with a clarity and immediacy of essential information. The finished site is a crucial marketing tool that establishes an authoritative web presence, reflects the genuine brand personality, and is as smart, creative, and energized as the company for which it was crafted.
