With one-of-a-kind offerings at the Empire State Building that include a multi-sport court, 400-seat event auditorium, a flexible conference space at 1400 Broadway, and a rooftop terrace at 1333 Broadway with direct views of the Empire State Building, it's no mystery why ESRT would tap so many of the marketing services that Tangram 3DS offers.
ESRT went for the whole package: renderings, 360 tours, 3D animations, and a full marketing video. We fully built out the spaces in a 3D environment, giving potential tenants the ability to explore and experience the recreational courts, stunning rooftop terrace, flexible meeting spaces, and enviable ground-floor retail offerings.
A full-production marketing video weaves together our animated 3D walkthroughs with impressive aerials of the Empire State Building, site-specific B-roll footage, engaging maps and motion graphics, and a curated soundtrack.
