Hampton Beach Casino
Lupoli Companies partnered with Tangram 3DS to produce an animation for the proposed (in planning) development. The iconic Hampton Casino Ballroom. Long celebrated for live music and community events, the Hampton Casino Ballroom has been a cornerstone of the seacoast for decades.
The proposed redevelopment aims to transform the venue into a mixed-use destination offering hotel accommodations, condominiums, restaurants, and modern amenities. Truly a destination for families, visitors, and tourists, providing accommodations and experiences that complement the town’s beauty and history.
The Challenge
The Hampton Casino Ballroom is more than a landmark, it is part of the cultural identity of Hampton Beach. Lupoli Companies needed visuals that honored this history while clearly demonstrating how the project would fit into the community and contribute to tourism and family-oriented activities.
The project also had a tight timeline, with stakeholders needing a clear visualization quickly to support planning approvals and community engagement. Tangram had to deliver a polished, high-quality animation that illustrated the scale, amenities, and experience of the completed project while meeting aggressive deadlines.
The Solution
Tangram 3DS collaborated with Lupoli Companies and PCA Design to ensure the design was fully accurate and thoughtfully realized. The team filmed the existing site and surrounding context, then blended 3D models with real-world footage to show a seamless transition from the current landscape to the proposed development.
The primary deliverable was a full animation that guides viewers through the site, highlighting arrival sequences and parking, restaurants and pool deck, and the interior live music venue and ballroom, showcasing flexibility for concerts, conferences, and private events.
