Halley Rise is a 36-acre development that will include 3.5M SF of mixed-use space, 1.5M SF of office space, 250k SF of retail, 1,500 residential units, a 200-key hotel with 5 acres of public space.
After creating renderings for an early phase of the development, we were hired again to produce a full-scale animation including aerial and drone footage. Having familiarity with the development and an established relationship with the client made our team the perfect choice to tackle the immense scope of this complicated, multi-phase project.
