It's no surprise then that some of my favorite projects are ones like 745 Atlantic, which we produce as a fully integrated creative firm. These projects best embody our collaborative work culture and, by engaging our entire team and full range of services, show how a cohesive creative vision is the key to driving a marketing campaign that is polished, engaging, and ultimately successful..

And it was clear to us that 745 Atlantic deserved a marketing package that was as equally impressive as everything this property offers.

When marketing high-end real estate and going after world-reknowned life-science tenants, every piece of collateral should satisfy the high-caliber expectations that potential tenants have when considering premiere properties like 745 Atlantic. That's why we worked with Oxford Properties to bring our renderings and axonometric floorplans together with location maps, building specs, and amenities highlights and put everything together in a professionally-designed brochure. No PowerPoint to PDF pipelines here, folks (and if that's your current pipeline...we should talk).
We Are your Creative Partners
Of course we also know that, where brochures are easily disseminated and allow prospective tenants to dive into the details of a property, the first step for turning "prospective" into "contracted" tenants is to instantly grab their attention and engage their aspirations. That's why we also created a full-production marketing video for 745 Atlantic.

We filmed the action at Boston landmarks adjacent to 745 Atlantic like South Station, Chinatown, and the Seaport District and wove everything together with motion graphics, animated maps, and our own 3D animated fly-throughs to put together this piece of the 745 Atlantic marketing package.
