The Alice is Poised to Become a Princeton Gem

Our partners at WinnCompanies recently broke ground on the Alice, a 125-unit luxury apartment building that will boast amenities like private libraries and fitness center pods, tons of walkable greenspace (for both residents and their four-legged friends), a rooftop deck for gathering and dining, and apartments (25 of which will be affordable-housing units) that feature thoughtful design throughout. Tangram 3DS partnered with WinnCompanies to bring this community to life. The Alice is going to be a place that caters to its residents and all of their day-to-day needs. For residents returning home after a daily commute, it will be a place of calm and respite. And for those who work from home, it offers numerous spaces like libraries, dens, and meeting areas that allow residents to transition between home and work.
