We are proud to have contributed to the luxurious transformation of "The Meeting Galleries" at 10 Grand Central, located at 155 East 44th Street, New York, NY. Our collaboration with Marx Realty and architectural firm STUDIOS, allowed us to create unique visual renderings that highlight the impressive renovation of this historic Beaux-Arts landmark, seamlessly blending timeless architecture with modern luxury.

For this project, we brought to life four unique, reservable meeting spaces, expertly designed by STUDIOS. These include The Galleries, a stunning collection featuring a chic cocktail bar, a town hall-style meeting room, a mini movie theater, and a cutting-edge podcast studio, all together spanning 11,000 square feet on the 11th floor.

Complementing these spaces is an elegant tenant lounge, distinguished by its rounded windows, rich copper accents, warm olive green seating, and exquisite burlwood wall paneling—an aesthetic inspired by the luxury of classic train travel.

Scheduled to open in November, this space both honors the building's rich history and subtly references its proximity to the iconic Grand Central Terminal.
